If payment is not received promptly, 2% of the invoice total will be added to the amount owed each week after the 30 day past due date. Invoices will be emailed to the “Bill to” person. |

Your 100% satisfaction is the first priority of Third Wave Workforce. If, for any reason, our products do not meet your expectations or do not prove to be a good fit with your organization, we will provide you with a full refund (minus shipping charges) if merchandise is returned to us within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise must be in resalable condition and shipped via an insured carrier to ensure proper credit.
You are strongly encouraged to preview all merchandise upon receipt, as refunds will not be permitted after 30 days of purchase. |

If a DVD, CD-ROM, training manual, or ancillary training product is in any way defective, it may be returned for replacement at no charge. Please return the defective product to us with an explanation of the defect and a request for a replacement to the address below.
If, after 30 days, a DVD or CD-ROM is damaged by heat, machine failure, or human error, Third Wave Workforce will replace the product for $60 plus shipping. The damaged disc should be returned with a note indicating the nature of the damage and request for replacement, along with credit card information for billing, to the address below.
Upon receipt of a defective or damaged product, Third Wave Workforce will ship a replacement and process any applicable credit card charges.

With each training DVD purchase, Third Wave Workforce includes a long-term license that gives clients the nonexclusive right to internal use of the program for training and educational purposes. Ownership of all intellectual property rights remain solely with Third Wave Workforce.
This license entitles the client to unlimited use (in which no admission is charged) via projection, DVD playback, or closed-circuit play within a single building. All other uses of Third Wave Workforce training DVDs are prohibited unless special licensing agreements are made with Third Wave Workforce.
All programs are protected by international and U.S. copyright laws. Purchasers may not rent, loan, advertise, alter, copy, transmit, recast, or duplicate a Third Wave Workforce training DVD or manual—in whole or in part—without the written permission of Third Wave Workforce. |
