| The Multicultural Workplace Training Program on DVD consists of 17 modules, each of which is accompanied by activities and/or questions for discussion. The entire program can be delivered over two days, over a 12-month period, or can be uniquely configured to best suit your company’s needs. At your request, we will work with you to develop a company-wide training rollout plan. Working with your training calendar and available facilities, we will help you determine the optimum number of sessions, sequencing of modules, composition of groups, group sizes, facilities/room arrangement, and how to best prepare your teams for participation. |

 If you have training staff available to facilitate the Multicultural Workplace Training Program, our Master Trainers would like to work with your staff to prepare and certify them to deliver the training to your teams. This two-day program will orient your staff to the underlying assumptions and principles of the training, introduce all 17 modules, and provide instruction for the facilitation of activities. Our Master Trainer will also be available to answer questions and address concerns. |

 At your request, one of our Master Trainers can facilitate your video-based Multicultural Workplace Training Program. Our trainers will introduce the program, answer questions, and facilitate all training activities and discussions. |

 Perhaps you would like your HQ staff or senior managers to experience The Multicultural Training Program as a live event. You may also choose live training for a scheduled retreat or national meeting. Our Master Trainers are available to deliver the PowerPoint-supported live training to you on site. |
