Train-the-Trainer

Do you prefer to have your staff trained to be facilitators?

If you have training staff available to facilitate the Multicultural Workplace Training Program, our Master Trainers would like to work with your staff to prepare and certify them to deliver the training to your teams.

This two-day program will

• orient your staff to the underlying assumptions and principles of the training,
• introduce all 17 modules, and
• provide instruction for the facilitation of activities.

One of our Master Trainers will also be available to answer questions and address concerns.
