Types of eLearning
We offer three eLearning delivery options:
Self-Paced - 24/7 access to video-based training. Includes discussion forums and chats led by one of our Master Trainers.
Instructor-Led - Combination of self-paced training and virtual training (via web conferencing, tele-presence, or 3D Immersion).
3D Immersion - Total virtual training in a 3D environment all from your computer. No travel necessary. No software downloads. Create your own avatar within minutes and engage with a Master Trainer just as if you were participating in an onsite training.
These options can be used alone, combined, or integrated with live training to create a unique experience designed with your company's training culture in mind. Each eLearning option includes assessments, interactive activities, case studies, discussions, and eCertificates for those who master the training modules. No travel needed with eLearning!
Why eLearning?
From their June 2010 white paper entitled Creating Engagement in Virtual Meetings and Distance Training, VenueGen suggests that some types of virtual training can provide almost as much engagement as physical meetings (or onsite training).
